My turn for a vet visit

Yesterday I slipped and knocked myself out when I hit the floor. So I am currently waiting in an examination room to get looked at because I still got feel right. I'm starting to think that it might be worse than I thought because when asked for my social security number I gave them my phone number...and them my address when I realized the first one wasn't right.

They want me to get my head scanned so that's what I am currently waiting for...might not be a bad idea for me to start wearing a helmet 24/7. Anyone know of any super stylish helmets I should be looking at?

  1. Hope you're OK - those head bangs really are nasty . . .

    1. I am doing great, just needed a bunch of rest! But seriously, I might need to start wearing a helmet 24/7...the only time I get hurt it's my head!

    1. It was a concussion, and the dr ordered me to stay home and rest for a day so I did!

  4. Knowing you're now ok, I'm glad you're ok. But who falls on the floor hard enough to knock themselves out?! I saw so many ducks on my trail ride yesterday that I was thinking I would have to have you out for a psuedo Duck Dynasty trail ride adventure, but now you're uninvited. I can't be responsible for you. XD

    1. The same person who did a back flip off a balance beam almost 20 years ago, landed on her head and squished down 3 vertebra. If I had squished them down less than a papers thickness more, I would have been paralized from the neck down for the rest of my life...Head and neck injuries are kind of my thing. But I haven't fallen off a horse in over 12 years so I am thinking I might be safest up in the saddle...
